Beta and account
Free use, accounts and future plans.
During beta, BlindRank can be used at no cost and without a card. Future paid plans will be announced in advance.
What is included
The beta includes what you need to run a tasting. Create the tasting, invite tasters with a PIN, evaluate blind, double-blind or visible-label, choose score or ranking, consolidate the group result, reveal labels and share the full result.
Tastings stay saved, preserving the group's history.
Who needs an account
The organizer needs an account to create and manage tastings. This keeps history, results and future tastings tied to the organizer.
The taster who joins with a PIN does not need an account before entry. After joining, the app asks for a display name and offers an optional email field for beta communications.
Card and billing
You do not need to provide a card during beta. There will also be no automatic charge when the free period ends.
If paid plans are introduced later, you will only pay if you choose a plan.
Reasonable limits
Beta use is subject to reasonable limits so BlindRank can remain stable while the product is being learned and adjusted.
These limits may involve the number of tastings, AI feature usage or security measures against abuse.
After beta
BlindRank will have paid plans for organizers, wine clubs and professional use. You will receive notice before any change.
The goal is to make the transition clear. No surprise, no automatic charge and time to decide whether a plan makes sense for you.
